At The Spa At Great Southern, “Appointment” means we reserve the time, the student, the staff and the facility
to properly complete your service. “No Shows”
are a disruption to our program, and a disservice
to the student’s educational opportunity.
Therefore, we consider this policy fair:
• Appointments are not required, but are
recommended.
• To reserve any Spa service, a 50%
advanced payment is necessary. We accept
cash, check, credit card or gift certificate.
• There will be no charge provided the
reservation is canceled at least 24 hours
prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Please be on time. If you arrive more than
15 minutes late, we will attempt to provide
the complete service but reserve the right
to abbreviate as necessary.
