Know anyone who has a pet hedgehog, much less two hedgehogs? Then meet Sabrina Walden, “mommy” of Murff and Cutie, also mother of one human. Sabrina will be involved in every aspect in your term as a student as she assists other staff members in making your education relevant, fun and hassle free!
While grounded firmly in reality (mostly) she enjoys other-worldly pursuits through MARCON (Multiple Alternate Reality Convention) – with Steam Punk being her favorite alternate genre and Sci Fi being her favorite reading material. (Werewolf? There wolfe!)
Don’t let her makeup, stylish nails and red hair fool you. Janice knows her way around…horses! Raised in Pennsylvania-Dutch Country (yes she speaks that as well as French), Janice is an equestrian of some note, (English Side-Saddle) placing 4th representing Pennsylvania at Madison Square Garden in NYC, during an International Competition.
Now focusing on different manes, Janice has more connections in the Ohio beauty industry than just about anybody. As the long time “face” of Nationwide Beauty Academy and The Spa School, Janice has placed dozens and dozens of SSG graduates in Ohio salons. If there is a salon job opening, Janice knows about it because our graduates are so much in demand.
Janice will be the first to tell you, don’t be brand-washed! Call her at 614-888-1092 to join our family of locally-owned independent schools. Janice works from her office in Columbus, not from another time-zone.
From twirling fire to twirling hair, Susie now twirls in her chair to greet future cosmetologists at Heath’s OSSC admissions office. Yes, Susie was a majorette at Liberty Union High School, in Baltimore, and amazed football crowds with her ability to twirl 3, not just 1, flaming batons.
After graduating from OSSC East, Susie twirled hair for many years, specializing in haircutting and haircolor. Susie especially loved creating her own salon schedule while raising her two sons.
Now, twirling for Susie means answering her phone promptly when you call to schedule your admissions interview. Call Susie today at 740 788 9518.
